RidingMoto Devices
Hardware that watches the road with you
The app already watches over your ride. We’re building the hardware to match — rider-first devices that sense what a phone in your pocket can’t, starting with a crash-detection companion for Shield Guard.
Flagship concept
Shield Guard Beacon
A small pod that clamps to your handlebar and rides with you. Where a phone guesses, the Beacon knows — it feels the bike itself, so the crash you hope never happens is the one it’s built for.
Impact detection
Multi-axis sensors tuned to the forces of a real crash — not a pothole, not a dropped phone.
Automatic SOS with location
Designed to trigger an SOS with your live location when you can't reach for your phone.
Works with the app's Shield Guard
An extra set of senses for the safety system already watching your rides in the RidingMoto app.
Weatherproof by design
Sealed against rain, dust and vibration, so it can live on the bars year-round.
The lineup
Three concepts, one goal: make every ride safer and more connected. All of them are still on the bench — here’s where we’re heading.
Beacon
A crash-detection pod that gets help moving when you can't.
- Multi-axis impact sensing on the bike itself
- Automatic SOS with live location sharing
- Pairs with Shield Guard in the RidingMoto app
Tracker
An anti-theft GPS tag that keeps watch while you're away.
- Discreet mount, designed to stay hidden
- Geofence alerts the moment your bike moves
- Live location trail in the app if it does
Comm
A helmet intercom built for the way groups actually ride.
- Clear group voice for your riding crew
- Ties into RidingMoto communities and group chat
- Wind-aware mic tuning for highway speeds
How it pairs with the app
Every device is being designed around the app you already ride with. Setup happens once — after that, it just works.
- Step 1
Pair over Bluetooth
Open the RidingMoto app, tap once, and the device joins your garage. No hubs, no accounts to create twice.
- Step 2
Rides armed automatically
Start riding and the device wakes with you — Shield Guard and tracking arm themselves in the background.
- Step 3
Alerts reach your crew
If something happens, your emergency contacts and riding group get the alert with your live location.
Questions, answered honestly
When will RidingMoto Devices be available?
They're in active development, and we haven't announced a launch date yet. Join the notify list below and we'll email you the moment there's real news — no spam in between.
How much will they cost?
Pricing hasn't been announced. We're still finalising hardware, so any number now would be a guess — we'd rather tell you the real one when we have it.
What will the devices be compatible with?
Every device is designed to work with the RidingMoto app on Android, with iOS support on the roadmap. No extra hubs or subscriptions are planned for the core safety features.
Do I need a device to use the RidingMoto app?
No. The app is fully functional on its own today — ride tracking, Shield Guard, communities and more. Devices will extend what the app can sense, not gate what it already does.
